I don't know about you, but I like to find different ways to add fabric to my layouts. Here's a fun idea on how to use fabric to make a fun pennant border.
Supplies:
Fabric, Paper, Pictures, Sewing Machine
1. Cut your fabric into triangles, and layer them onto your layout.
2. Sew a few lines across the top so that they are stuck down. This also gives them more texture. :)
