I absolutely love this layout that Taylor did for Scrapbook Summer. I love the idea of a ruffled fabric border, Don't you? Here's how to do it!
Supplies:
Paper, Picture, Fabric Scraps, Sewing Machine, Pins, Misc Embellishments.
1. Take your fabric scraps and sew them into a strip.
2. Pleat your strip using pins to hold it in place as you sew along one edge.
3. Either sew or glue your ruffled fabric to you layout. Or another fun way to attach it would be brads! I think that would be cute! :)
