For these tags, I cut them out of scrapbook paper, stamped some sentiments, and then zentangled all over them, and added an eyelet. This one I cut from Studio Calico paper.
This paper is from Quick Quotes. I like the paper, but I think it might be a little too busy combined with the zentangling.
