I started by doodling my little girl wearing the bear hat and my speech bubble, then I drew those little circles over the entire page, I went over them with a light coat of white paint to tone them down. After the white paint was dry, I drew the pink and yellow chevrons with Posca markers. To give my page a finished look I went crazy with my black marker.
I love Poscas, You can combine colors really easily which is how I did the one orange-y chevron that gives it the ombre look.
