Kristie is an amazingly talented artist who designs for Art Anthology and today she is sharing a tutorial for this gorgeous mixed media canvas. She shared a post earlier this month that I just loved, and I'm excited to have her here again.
All you need is love by Kristie Taylor
Step 1.
Adhere lace to a canvas, tear the middle portion out and prep canvas with Gesso.
Step 2.
Cut a heart from a piece of cardboard and tear the front piece of paper off to expose the currugated part and set it asside for now.
Step 3.
Spray Canvas with Art Anthology Colorations spray in "Glorious".
Step 4.
use a stencil and a palette knife to spread Art anthology Sorbet in "Baby blue eyes".
Step 5.
Use a stencil and a palette knife to spread Art anthology Sorbet in "Kenyan copper".
Step 6.
Spray Art Anthology Colorations spray in "Watermelon" through a stencil.
Step 7.
Paint the cardboard heart with a combination of Art anthology Sorbet in "Baby blue eyes" and Art anthology Dimsional Crystal in "Bluebird".Then adhere the heart to the canvas.
Step 8.
Use Art Anthology Dimensional crystal in "Bluebird" to apply dots around the heart.
Step 9.
Apply alphabet letters to the canvas.
Thats it! You are done!! Just look at the awesome piece of artwork that YOU made!!
