It is the Season of Color at *Get Messy. So for the next few weeks I'm working in this handmade journal.
*Get Messy Art Journal is an art journaling program that is a school, art playground and family. We are a group of like minded art journalers who have come together under this art form to learn, share, practice our skills and push past our creative limits with hopes to inspire. We're already halfway through the season of color! This is a really fun season, it makes me want to make every page a rainbow. ;)
Week 3 is always my turn on the Get Messy blog as a member of the creative team, so yesterday I shared a tutorial for painting colorful hair.

For my other page of the week, I printed out some of my butterfly illustrations with a pink tint, and adhered them onto this page.
I'm considering turning some of these butterflies into stickers, wouldn't that be fun??
This week I've also been taking the class *Pen + Ink by Julia on Get Messy. It just released and I am having so much fun with it! I'll share some of my projects from the class soon.
