It is the Season of Fairy Tales at *Get Messy. So for the past few weeks I've been working in this handmade mushroom journal.
*Get Messy Art Journal is an art journaling program that is a school, art playground and family. I was out of town for the beginning of the week (visiting my sister, Taylor! love!), which means that I didn't get in my studio until Wednesday. So I only have 1 page to share for this week.
The right side of the page is actually a piece of palette paper I had used, and then adhered down here in my journal. I love the look.
It may be hard to tell, but this page is actually inspired by Mulan. :)
This was the last week in the Season of Fairy Tales in the Get Messy community, however I still have a few empty pages in my journal that I want to fill up, so I will still be creating magical art for the next couple of weeks. :)
