DIY Halloween Votive Holders with Pirouline Tins

(This post is sponsored by Pirouline Cookies)

If you're new here, I post recycled Pirouline tin crafts every month! You can find them all here.

For this months craft project I really wanted to create something cute, but slightly spooky that you could create to use in your Halloween decor! So, I put together these fun Halloween Votive Holders that use Pirouline lids as the base!

Supplies:

  • Downloadable Patterns: Spider Web, Sugar Skull
  • Pirouline Tin Lids
  • Black Acrylic Paint
  • Black Permanent Marker
  • Flickering Votives
  • Clear Tape
  • Vellum

1. Start by painting the outsides of your tin lids with black acrylic paint.

2. Print out the patterns to use as a guide, place a piece of vellum over top of the pattern and trace the design with a permanent marker.

3. Roll the vellum up so that it forms a cylinder that fits just inside the rim of the Pirouline lids. Tape the ends with clear tape to secure it.

4. Place a flickering faux votive inside the tin lid, and place the vellum over top.
